How do we work with our candidates:
1. Talk with you as the potentially qualified candidate to ensure your qualifications and experiences meet the organization need after careful review of your resume and other credentials. We want to make sure that before we present you to an organization, the position also meets your professional and personal goals to ensure a good match. We don’t want to have a square peg for a round hole.
2. Reevaluate your resume and other documentation, so that you will present well on paper.
3. Present you to our client and if a good match, we will work to schedule typically a phone interview.
4. Prepare you for the interview to ensure that your meeting with the client is productive. We want our candidates to be comfortable throughout the process.
5. Obtain client post-interview feedback on your suitability and share the feedback, as appropriate.
6. Continue to work with you and the client, if you proceed through the interview process, and coordinate subsequent meetings and hopefully successful outcomes.
