Our typical process for finding the right candidate:


1. Meet with you to learn about the open position, the organization’s strategic goals supported by this position, the company culture, the hiring/interview process, and some of the intangibles that mean success for you and the candidate.


2. Research your competitors to gain a better understanding of the marketplace.


3. Promote the position on various websites, network with others who may have the desired skill sets and experiences, and thoroughly research the available candidate pool.


4. Vet the qualified candidates to determine if they are the best fit for the position and the organization.


5. Present the candidate and their resume to you for review.


6. Coordinate the interview meeting and work with them to ensure they are ready for the interview, assuming you find them qualified.


7. Continue to work with you and the candidate(s) until the right match is found.


8. Negotiate with an understanding that the best deal is one that benefits everyone.
